Due to the unique application of innovative technology, Chiaro can perform mechanical mapping from sub-cellular scale to whole tissue samples spanning several centimeters, without compromising data quality. Chiaro is a microscope-compatible system for mechanically characterizing soft materials, from single cells to complex 3D cellular systems, including organoids and spheroids. Our system is equipped with closed-loop XY stages, offering sub-micrometer positioning accuracy across 12 mm in each direction.
